Very proud of America today

For the purposes of this discussion, this is the sixth amendment. I fail to see how it was violated during this trial, or during jury selection. Feel free to explain in legal terms. Maybe you can cite case law to support your position.

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.”

But if you attempt to act violently, then you are going down, just like your cult leader. WE are sick of your bullshit, and this is the first salvo in our war that will END your ignorance and hatred.

I'm a conservative. I'm very glad to see this jury of his peers held hims responsible for his actions. Up until now, it seemed like no one else was willing to.

New York does not require that a crime is specified.. The jurors had many to chose from. New York law also does not require that the crime that was involved be agreed upon by all jurors. So Trump was absolutely informed of the charges against him. If you commit murder it makes no difference if it was with a gun or a knife. The CHARGE was falsifying business records in furtherance of a crime. Doesn’t matter what crime. So you are wrong. So you think that YOUR failure to understand the law makes ME a communist. That’s pretty funny.

No. But I’m glad to see you do not deny the values I listed are shared by you. I’m pretty sure there are multiple violations of the commandments that you believe your God requires you to follow. Or is Trump now the entity that you worship? That would make more sense.

The values I have stated I am proud of are civic duty and the rule of law. I like my values more than yours but we are all entitled to our own beliefs.

For clarification the crime that was specifically named was New Yorks law regarding election interference. Here is the text.

“Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.”

The unlawful means did not have to be specified because the means by which a crime is committed do not have to be specified in order to prove the crime was committed.

lol......perhaps you should look at that portion of the law Trump was actually indicted with.......unless of course you wish to say that the case was not a felony.........
