I believe in God and that makes abortion God's business and not the government's business in my "personal" world until we amend the Constitution to grant constitutional rights to the unborn. Killing a "born" person without justifiable cause i. e. self defense, is a constitutional violation of somebody's rights and legally murder and rightfully prosecuted as such. I think States have the constitutional right to determine when a fetus is a legally viable protected life and can structure State law to enforce therewith. I think the feds should butt out of the issue all together.
 
I agree it should be illegal at 23 weeks, unless the health of the mother is legitimately at risk.

Nobody pays for Viagra, Desh. It isn't covered as preventative medicine, therefore you either are only partially covered and you pay for it, or you simply have to pay for it fully. At least use something equivalent.
