Whatever happened to the claim the FBI planted all those boxes of loot at Mar-a-Lardo

You are correct that the Constitution does not prevent it, I am glad you can learn.

Prisons allow firearms inside every fucking day, the Secret Service could get clearance to have them in the prison in a second.

You've obviously never been in prison.

Firearms are only allowed outside on the perimeter or in the towers.

The secret service wouldn't be on the perimeter they would be outside of Trumps cell meaning they could be overpowered and have their weapons taken away which would then be used against prison personel.

That is not what you said, you said firearms are not allowed inside a prison... The tower is INSIDE.

The rules could be changed for the Secret Service especially because I suspect Trump would be held in a separate building outside of general population.

Prisons are already overcrowded so they are not going to dedicate an entire block for one person and they certainly are not going to build a separate building for him.

There is no prison that would want to try and figure out how to house a president with all the associated problems that come with it.

It's just much easier to house him off site in a place the secret service can fully secure.

Maybe a room in Trump Tower that they would have fully stripped of amenities or something like that. It wouldn't be hard to turn that into a jail cell.

Have one prison team to monitor him.

Prisons house who they are told to house, they do not get to say they dont want to.

I think your idea is very likely, about housing him in a place like that... but it would send a very bad message about certain people being above the law.

A president is not a normal person.

He has knowledge of national security information.

And he wouldn't be above the law since he would still be sentenced, the only difference is where that sentence is served out because of his unique status as a former president.

Just as celebrities or former cops are housed in different areas the same would apply to a former president.

Trump’s Claims Of Election Misconduct Were Never Adjudicated In Georgia

In a post to his locals.com page Georgia attorney Robert Barnes took subscribers on a little trip down memory lane about the 2020 Georgia election challenges.

As Mr. Barnes explained, detailed affidavits filed by the Trump campaign established the veracity of the claims. Short version: Constitutionally unqualified voters cast Constitutionally unqualified ballots that were Constitutionally unqualified canvassed and counted in far excess of the margin of victory -- indeed, more than 10 times the margin of victory. Unlawfully, Fulton County courts blocked the case from ever being heard. (You can read the entire complaint through this link to a 2020 FOX News article.)

Trump is not the president. Biden is. Trump should do his time in Gitmo.

It would be better if Trump went out with honor like a Roman general or Rommel, but since Trump has no honor, he'll just spend the rest of his days in seclusion and house arrest.

Hopefully, in another year or two, he'll disappear for 5-10 years until his obit appears online in a truly united United States of America.
