Hell, black Americans that know their history are quite familiar with how Presidents AND the American people have to live with the periodic outrageously bad decisions by the SCOTUS and federal courts.
It's like this: any decision that is directly detrimental to the "general welfare" of the people is a bad court decisions.
In the case of Cheeto Jeezus, it's a reverse situation where the courts are acting in favor of the American people as a whole, and NOT for a relative few.

It could be an army, civilians, gangs, viruses, bacteria, foreign objects entering the body, etc.
An illegal alien is an enemy of the United States. They have committed a crime and are subject to deportation. Many have committed other serious offenses as well, including gang activity, importing illegal drugs for distribution into the United States, attacks on officers, and attacks on civilians.
As Biden, Kamala, and Mayorkas all facilitated an invasion of the United States, they all have committed treason.
