The remedy is that each one of those deported can take up their case from their home country. There is ZERO reason for them to remain in the US while doing so.
Yes, he did. He changed policy and by directive essentially allowed, unvetted millions of people to flood into the US illegally. He gave anyone who asked for asylum entry to wait until they had a hearing, possibly years from their entry date. That's not how asylum laws are written or work. Asylum is an exception, not the rule. The reasons for it being granted are narrowly defined, whereas Biden basically allowed anyone for any reason entry to await a hearing. Prior policy was you applied at the nearest US embassy to your home country and waited there.I give up. Did he? I expect he did, otherwise he could have been impeached.
All in all, Biden basically ignored most of US immigration law as written and opened the borders.
