The first part discusses crimes. the last part discusses life, liberty or property outside the criminal process.

The 14th describes rights specifically for Citizens, and then specifically rights to ANY PERSONS.

I know you're having cognitive issues, Terry, but that's the problem: we don't know if they were US citizens or not.

Did Biden (or whatever administration) follow due process in admitting them to the US?
No one knows. That's what the judge asked about and Trump's people refuse to provide evidence it was done.
