Andrew Jackson was a genius compared with Trump.

Joe Biden did have some problems towards the end of his term, I grant that.

But America and Americans are close to losing something America and Americans have had for 250 years...freedom from tyranny...because of Trump and the disgusting mouth-breathers who continue to support him.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The first part discusses crimes. the last part discusses life, liberty or property outside the criminal process.

14th...

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The 14th describes rights specifically for Citizens, and then specifically rights to ANY PERSONS.

I know you're having cognitive issues, Terry, but that's the problem: we don't know if they were US citizens or not.

No one knows. That's what the judge asked about and Trump's people refuse to provide evidence it was done.

I give up. Did he? I expect he did, otherwise he could have been impeached.

With imposing sentences, remanding people to the custody of proper police, and federal or state institutions, imposing fines, sending the U.S. Marshal or State police to serve writs or mandamus or attachment. Attaching property.
