Wind & solar combined with batteries will solve sustainable energy for Earth

THIS EV BATTERY CAN TRAVEL OVER 750 MILES ON A SINGLE CHARGE: ‘FUNDAMENTALLY REINVENT THE BATTERY’
The battery was able to power a Tesla Model S for an incredible 752 miles across Michigan on a single charge.

The Gemini battery from manufacturer Our Next Energy (ONE) promises to give electric vehicles a greater range than ever before.
In a December 2021 road test, ONE’s first Gemini prototype was able to power a Tesla Model S for an incredible 752 miles across Michigan on a single charge.
A third party validated the impressive results using a vehicle dynamometer.

Sadly there is every chance that Tesla is going to go bust, the likes of BYD are going to destroy it.

Americans Are Refusing To Buy EV’s

That trend is increasing, not diminishing. EV manufacturers are going bankrupt, Tesla included. The car makers that build ICE + EV's are dumping their EV production because it loses so much money. Those same big car makers are all now saying EV's aren't going to work in the US market. Toyota has flat come out with the 1 6 90 rule showing just how insanely bad economically EV's are and is saying they aren't going to make them.

Toyota is correct too. Greentards can wish for an outcome all they want, but that doesn't make it true. EV's are a losing idea and have been for over 150 years now. The only--ONLY--reason they are gaining any traction in the market is by force of government. Without an authoritarian diktat for government saying in essence You WILL drive an EV and like it! EV's are not going to succeed in the marketplace beyond being a small, niche market vehicle with appeal to a very limited customer base.

China is a dictatorship. The EU can force member nations to do something, and many of its members have laws giving the government far more power to force change. That doesn't mean it's a smart idea, or correct. It simply means government in China and Europe are forcing EV's down the public's throats whether they are wanted or not. Biden, the Democrats, and Left are trying their damnedest to do it here too for equally stupid, emotional, and irrelevant reasons.

In all three cases, it's being done on authoritarian, dictatorial means, not the public wanting the damned things, because the public doesn't want them.

Look at California and "green" energy. There are radical Leftist environmentalists suing to shut down Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant. 9% of California's electricity comes from that plant. There is no alternative capacity within the state to make up for that. The envirotards don't give a shit. They want what they want. They don't know shit about nuclear power but they know it's evil and should go away. Stupid, emotional, and irrelevant reasons, but that's what they want and they've got lots of likeminded politicians backing them up.

EV's are a non-starter and non-necessity. The ONLY--ONLY--reason that could justify them is based on shaky science and pseudo-science over environmentalist reasons. That's it. No other reason we need switch or switch like by next week. I for one, don't listen to fools, and the radical environmentalist Left are fools and worse than fools. If you want an EV, great, buy one. Just don't get government to force me to buy one because I don't want one.
