What I hope the Supreme Court does to health care.

Of course it would provide care - all of it, and pay for it. Only in America do doctors and insurance companies expect to become fabulously wealthy for what they're doing. And only a moron or a shill for the insurance industry would need so many question marks to punctuate their incredulity at this very obvious notion.

So, can you answer the question? what 'care' would a single payer system provide? Are you not just replacing the middle man with yet another middle man?

A single payer system would put me out of business, but Id be happy to find a new way to make a living.

Just like millions of people who have had to reinvent themselves. Good for you for being realistic and mature. No industry is sacrosanct (except the DoD, of course...).

Nothing Candy? No support for your claim?

Are you fucking retarded? I have answered you TWICE... just because you are too fucking ignorant to understand doesn't mean I haven't answered you. You are either an idiot or you are deliberately ignoring what I write.

Which is it Jarod? Are you an idiot or just a disingenuous hack?

No. The government's role as payer wouldn't be making a profit. In fact, the incentive to be efficient is built right in BECAUSE of that.

For Jarod the retard once again...

Do you understand the very simple concept that if you cap malpractice awards that costs in healthcare will go down?

If you do... then...

Do you understand that by capping the attorney's fees then the actual VICTIM will take home more of that capped amount? This portion benefits the VICTIM Jarod. But it is a part of capping the overall award amount.

Ok Candy, this is your new stragety, just pretend you answered. Just tell me what post number contains your answer...? Hum?

Actually there is NO incentive for the government to be efficient. None. No competition. No financial motivation. You think there workers will say 'gee, I want to work extra hard because there is nothing in it for me to do so!!!'?

How will limiting what you pay to your attorney cause the Insurance company to pay out less?

ANSWER THE FUCKING QUESTIONS JAROD... THAT WILL PINPOINT WHERE YOU ARE GETTING LOST

That's the standard meme offered by shills and morons, who've been proven to be wrong over and over again by existing systems elsewhere that contradict their meme, as well as statistics here that outline how wasteful and completely fucked up, uncivilized and teeming-with-fraud our current system is.

You dont understand, the award has nothing to do with what you pay your attorney. You get the same award if your attorney does your case pro bono or if he charges 75% of the award....

Yes, he does understand. But conceding to the truth lays waste to his argument, don't you see? ;)

$500 billion in fraud within Medicare that Obama identified...

I am sure you think government services are outstandingly efficient. But they are not. They are inefficient by and large.

Really Jarod... so you are now claiming that attorneys do not work on a percentage of award basis? Are you actually claiming that? That attorneys don't work for a set percentage of the award?
