I doubt that. At least in Ohio. Most polling stations are using automated machines. Voting ends at 7:30 pm though they have to accept anyone who is still in line. That means voting might end around 8:30 in the metro areas (Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, Youngstown/Conton/Akron). About 30% of the State has all ready voted. So those will be tallied quickly. The rural areas will be tallied quickly so you'll probably see Romney surge to an early lead which will build till around 8:30 to 9 pm when the urban votes will start coming in and you'll begin to see Romney decline and Obama gain. Somewhere between 10pm and 11pm they'll probably call Ohio. Iowa and Wisconsin should be known around that time too. If those three states are called for Obama, then shortly after that Romney will probably give a concession speech. On the other hand, if Romney is called for OH, Florida, VA and Wisconsin around 11 then Obama will give a concesion speech at about that time.
