nope, those are conservative ideas.....I meant things like killing our unborn children.....spending 250% more than we take in as taxes.......replacing our current health care system with nothing......

I tried to read the whitehouse document about modernizing schools but I just couldn't find anything specific after scanning for several pages. Can you please find the specifics for us? What does modernizing mean exactly?
