8th grader suspended and arrested for wearing an NRA t-shirt??

Again, kids wear provocative clothing to school everyday and it gets handled as an internal matter. This only made national news because of the gun angle.
You're wasting your time Christie. They're being willfully obtuse. That's been stated over and over and over again but somehow they still believe that some School Teacher in West Virginia has precipitated a constitutional crisis.

Mott's is lying his ass off and just wants attention.
I've asked him for something to support his assertion and all he can do is flap his gums.
Well in the first place get off your lazy ass and look it up yourself. It's all over the net. Point two, try following the thread. I posted a link. Point three, what does it matter you don't give a rats ass what the facts are.

343 posts about a fucking grade schooler wearing a t shirt!!!

LMAO

But shut those women up who think a fucking rape the whores sign on a college campus is a bit more than hurt fee fees. The men have important matters to discuss!

He was NOT arrested for his behavior. He was arrest for what the teacher SAID his behavior was. The kid said he never raised his voice, only refused to turn the shirt inside out.
And how can you possibly know that? The school hasn't even commented. It's the police depertment that stated what he was arrested for. I'd like to think the Police knew what they were arresting the kid for but that's just going to make STY go balistic about cops. Try not to make shit up Soc.

By the time the police showed up, the kid was in the principals office. So tell me, on what did the police base the 'he disrupted the school' on?

do you ever stop to think before you post your nonsense?

How many times are you going to come on this thread and post this same drivel?

If you don't like the thread topic, don't post in it.

You think abusive teachers is trivial. Some of us dont. You want to bow down to authority no matter what. Some of us don't.

If you don't like the topic... go twiddle your thumbs and ramble on in yet another rant about how men are rape apologists. Blah blah blah...

You are disagreeing with Soc, Superfreak will be along soon to tell what a LUNATIC that makes you.

If he hasn't already, there is no way I would wade through this 350 posts of nonsense to find out.
I don't think SF needs any motivation to tell me what a lunatic I am. :)

link us up to where you are seeing that the step father was there.

The teacher caused the disruption... not the student. If the teacher hadn't tried to force his/her ideological bullshit on to the student, none of this would have occurred.

The policemen told the kid to sit down and the young man didn't comply.

So I was right. It was intentional. Perhaps he should concentrate more on adopting the brat and getting him a decent edumacation so he doesn't have to work in the coal mines like him.

Marcum's name is in the press, because that's what Marcum wants. "The Associated Press typically does not identify juveniles charged with crimes," the AP noted in its story, "but Marcum and his family wanted his name and case known." Marcum is a freedom fighter, see. "When the police came, I was still talking and telling them that this was wrong, that they cannot do this, it's not against any school policy," the teen told the press. "The officer, he told me to sit down and be quiet. I said, 'No, I'm exercising my right to free speech.'

I thought I did but it's inconsequential now, isn't it?
