What Phil Robertson DID do

where is this answer?

what post number?

is it so fucking stupid you don't want to repeat it?

See, gentle reader, she is going to pretend now not to know how to scroll up to post 79 and 89. She will continue, gentle readers, to get more and more vile as she posts... let's watch her implode... shall we, gentle reader?

He stated that the black people HE WORKED WITH (not ALL black people everywhere) were happy, that they had strong families, that he feels they were better off without all the government handouts. Again... speaking of the black people HE WORKED WITH.

He said nothing about segregation or Jim Crowe laws. He did say that 'white trash' families were treated in a similar manner to blacks where he grew up. Again, anecdotal and not a reference to black people everywhere.

Now... are you going to stop lying about what he said?

go get his exact words.

you never answered cocklick

See, gentle readers, she is becoming more vile now. Not only did I answer in post 79, but I reposted it in post 89. Then I mentioned those posts numbers three times on other posts... yet she still pretends she cannot find it.

“I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person. Not once. Where we lived was all farmers. The blacks worked for the farmers. I hoed cotton with them. I’m with the blacks, because we’re white trash. We’re going across the field…. They’re singing and happy. I never heard one of them, one black person, say, ‘I tell you what: These doggone white people’—not a word!… Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare, you say: Were they happy? They were godly; they were happy; no one was singing the blues.”

go get his exact words.

ALSO... YOU go get his exact words. You asked me what I THOUGHT he was saying. YOU have been lying about what he said repeatedly. SO YOU GO GET HIS EXACT WORDS. If they actually backed up what you said, you would do it easily. But you know you are lying and thus you refuse to post the FACTS.

So as I stated, he was talking about prior to the government welfare programs. He said nothing about Jim Crow segregation laws...

are you really claiming that was HIS POINT?

what was the point of saying this ?

what was he contrasting his personal experience too?

Well, facts are problematic for Desh. She thinks putting "Truthmatters" as her Title makes what she thinks "true" rather than just an opinion based on emotive nonsense.

The facts do not support her position, but it is always easy to "feel" something rather than pay attention to the facts.

I really wish he would bring those black people he KNEW into the conversation so they can talk for themselves.

what do you think they would say about his little rant?

you see you cant take things out of the time period just to cover for his ass

You can't put words in the mans mouth just because you hate him. The time period does not alter what he said. You are trying desperately to twist his words so that you can let your hate for him run free.

So who does Phil blame here?

I really wish you would quote the part where he talked specifically about Jim Crowe laws.
