The battle over Obamacare is finally won.

I'm constantly amused by the Liberal meme that argues that the party that didn't have ANYTHING to do with the ACA or voting for it, should now be obligated to help fix this mess; why?

How stupid are these dunces in the Democratic Party?

you don't think that republicans have a duty to work make our laws better?

he thinks they have a duty to destroy this country and make it like THEY want it.

think about how hard they fight the idea that we are a democracy

There is noway to make ACA better, it is hopelessly flawed which explains why the administration relied on lies to gin up support. As Ron White observes, "you cant fix stupid". Sometimes you justhaveto cut your losses and go a new way.0

because I can see the handwriting on the wall?

p.s... are fire departments, police departments, publicly own utilities, social security things that you oppose?

. are fire departments, police departments, publicly own utilities, social security things that you oppose?
the first 3 were agreed upon by the localities or regions so if there is nothing in their charters or constitutions against it then they are fine. nationally we have a constitution that was agreed upon to define and limit the role of the federal government. even stipulates that and how it canbe changed if needed and wanted. social security is not allowed so of course I oppose it. if you want it, cgange the constitution to allow it.

It has not even started, you have the employer mandates kick in on 2015, then you have the "Cadillac Tax" which kicks in on 2018. I think the unions are going to be very pissed when that one starts up.

Is the right going to even allow any unions by 2018?

Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi!

Appears to me if Beghazi didn't exist the Republicans would have to invent Benghazi.

Oh, that's correct, they mostly did invent it, didn't they?

Ia Benghazi actually a right wing false flag operation like the yellow cake from Niger that Joseph Wilson never found?

Apparently!

SCOTUS made slavery a non-issue at one time, didn't they, Commander?

Good thing there were people who cared to go through the trouble.

so.... let me get this straight. You are equating social security with slavery?

Let me know how that works out for you in your viable attempt to get social security ruled as unconstitutional... I'll be watching from the sidelines enjoying every action-packed minute!

what then, was the point of bringing up slavery in a discussion about social security? I fail to understand the connection.

And in answer to your question, no.... nothing is ever eternal when dealing with a living document like the constitution that will forever be interpreted and reinterpreted by succeeding supreme courts on out into the distant future. constant change is here to stay.

The discussion is about Obamacare, Commander, and I'm glad I could point that out to you. Seems as though you brought SCOTUS into the thread.
