I think guilty people already have used that claim and walked. White people have been killing black people and others in cold blood in this country and walking since long before this geographical location now referred to as American was a country. We are still trying to change that, so far the results have been sporadic at best. This case may help move us toward that goal, but surprisingly this story is strange because instead of saying that the defense only has to convince the 6 jurors this story claims that they are talking to 16 jurors as if there are 16 who will decide Jordan's fate. Only 6 will because in Florida, they never needed more than a half dozen.
