Is honesty an issue in this campaign?

It was his lifestyle and the outrageous things he did and said cawacko that launched his brand and now it is the outrageous things he does and says that is killing that same brand, so for a marketing genius, he sure didn't think this Presidential run through and how it might affect his brand.

I see that without his dad's money he would just be another loud mouthed fool.

Too bad your daddy didn't have money to spend on your education .... and you actually ARE a loud mouth fool......

I don't know what the post means....were Trump steaks made out something other than meat?

Trump certainly had his share of business failures,...course, most every businessman has had setbacks....so whats you point anyway....

bankruptcy in the middle and late 2000's was practically a common thing....including GM and so big name banking outfits....

Its quite ridiculous to claim that any billionaire businessman has not been successful.....

Hillary has been successful in marketing herself and selling her perceived influence....akin to bribery....starting when she was 'first lady' of Arkansas....

Does the bolded go for Bernie Madoff too?

Hold your nose and vote for Hillary, remember the supreme court is at stake for a generation?
more Kagans & Sotomayor?? Sotomayor uses way too much emotional "Latina woman" thing -and Kagan is just a basket case.

Roberts is a class act, and even Scalia brought textualism in as a replacement for "original intent" ( which was also flawed.)

I'd be happed to keep this court forever -even if it's a 4-4-tie at times

Bawahahahahaha, she used it once and it's too much for you, I am beginning to think Darla and Rune are right about you.

it's specious -it's worse then Kennedy's waxing poetic about gay marriage.
can you imagine Scalia talking about growing up Italian?

It's bad enough that PC crap gets into the legislation..at least that can be considered the will of the people.
But for a SCOTUS ruling??
The law should pertain equally to everyone, and the law should not be colored by personal feelings/experiences.
Looking at things thru ANYTHING but an objective lens for a ruling is not impartiality.

Darla is a PC nut case - Rune is an idiot. if you want to judge me along those lines..join the whacky doodle club.

Are the Italians being attacked in this country?

She does apply the law fairly to all, she is just proud of her heritage and at a time when Latinos are feeling disenfranchised it is a good thing.

I don't agree with your assessment of Darla or Rune, so I must be part of the whacky doodle club.

it's not about "feelings" what class of people are you talking about being "attacked" ,and why are Latinos "disenfranchised?"
you gotta use some logic based on evidentiary behaviors.

She can give speeches, or talk on campus, or any other activity on Hispanic affairs anytime she wants to - but this was from the Bench.

Suppose she hears a case with a "Latino woman" as the plaintiff or defendant? would that litigant believe they are getting a fair hearing?
It's not enough to say you are impartial -one has to act that way also; at least from the Bench

Your "feelings" don't matter, either then, so why bother discussing this with you. lol

The laws protects people like Trump who use it as a means of doing business. Yeah, some businesses fail, but he has 6 to his record, quit giving him a pass, this guy is a loser who had to become a reality TV star to save his ass.

Six?....thats quite irrelevant.....people that don't take any chances in life don't have any.....does that make them better businessmen ?

I actually think it's off the table, which is kind of a sad statement. I mean, if it is a consideration - which candidate has the edge?

Hillary's dishonesty is a politician's dishonesty. It is rooted almost entirely in expediency, and covering for mistakes she has made or other inconvenient truths.

Trump's is certainly more pathological. There was some fact-check recently that had him averaging a lie every 5 minutes. Trump doesn't lie for expediency; he lies because that's basically what he does.

Neither is a great option. Trump's is much scarier to me, but I get that opinions vary.

What a stupid question.....if honesty was an issue, Sanders would be the Democrat nominee.....

And Kasich would be the GOP nominee.

Honestly, ever since you typed about Trump's "so-called lies," I've been laughing. Your hackery really knows no bounds.

It wasn't taking chances Nova, it was just really bad management, he overextended the businesses. I don't know why guys keep making excuses for him.

Rancid and Darcula think she is a success. Surely you don't think at this point the Pussy Posse are going to turn their back on Crooked Hillary

no risks = no rewards
He didn't take risk, he just overextended himself. He acquired too much debt, and he had been in business long enough to know that is a bad thing, so spare me your excuses for him. He is a bad manager and it is being reflected in his campaign as well.

I don't know the Trump minutia. it was a generalized comment to NOVA.
But was it because he took on too much debt, or because Atlantic city fell apart as a market? more then 1 factor?

Anyways.. Trump success/failures as businessman isn't that important In regards to how he would be POTUS.
They all run up reckless debt -why we are $20t in the hole and counting.

It's what issues he would prioritize ,and what type of methodology he would use are my metrics for judgement
