2016 Election electoral vote predictions

we should make a new one of these may every 2 weeks, otherwise it will just turn into a "copy and paste what the polls say and tweak it a little bit to make it your own prediction thread"

If someone is changing their prediction every other week they wouldn't be very credible and would have a track record to prove it.

I remember I got 2012 the closest of anyone. But I also copy and pasted Nate Silver's prediction.

That's honestly what I'd do here. I have no clue what addition my analysis could make to Nate Silver's prediction that would help it in any way.

Wow, the nowcast currently has Hillary Clinton winning in Georgia and Arizona, and competitive in Utah and SC! That's not going to last.

that's basically what I would do as well lol. Why pretend to know more than nate silver? He's a boss

Douchebag Donald and Crooked Hillary will end each other in a duel. Gary Johnson will then proceed to clobber Jill Stein in a 45 state route.

Clintons bump now not only exceeds Trump's, it's lasted longer. Trump was ahead in the polls for a total of about 5 days (this is counting a period of time when the polls said they were tied). Clinton had been ahead for the past 9. For the past four days she's been plateaued at about 7 points ahead, this is different than Trump's very sharp rise and drop after his convention. I am guessing that she's making some genuine gains here that are cancelling out what would have normally been her fading bump.
