POTUS has statutory powers to limit immigration. Various statues and uses. Article I, Section 8 - Congress’s powers in this area are plenary, and the president’s powers are as broad as the Congress chooses to give him.
Explain to me how this is "discriminatory"

The intent is a Muslim ban. Trump said it in the campaign. Giuliani confirmed it. They are making exceptions for Christians.

they made exceptions for Jews in WWII - refugees can be processed anyway they want to ( think harm/harm reduction) and it doesn't mean that is religious discrimination.

If it's a MUSLIM ban, why aren't all countries with 90% or greater MUSLIM populations on the list? You can't call it something unless it includes all of that group no matter how hard you try.
