Enough. You're being willfully ignorant, or just trolling.
Fossil fuels - based on how they are consumed, and how they are produced - are a finite resource. Period.
Wind, solar, tidal & the rest are considered sustainable, because they are not finite.
Just stop. Your trolling on this is lacking intelligence & is counterproductive. As far as I'm concerned, you can drill as much as you want - here, there & everywhere. And that will be fine for awhile, but not for more than another generation.
I suppose.......thirty, forty million years and you're good to go.......well then fossil fuels are renewable are they not? using that definition anyway.
You are the ones using the term. It doesn't appear any of you can agree on the definition.

Bullshit there is enough shale oil and gas for at least another 100 years and more is being found all the time!

What people are truly incapable of understanding is just how much pressure there would be on electricity generation if electric cars really took off. Even a million cars would bring cause serious problems with the transmission grids and power stations.so use it........nobody is stopping you.......anymore......
There really isn't a reason to be intellectually dishonest about it, unless you're just trying to troll.
You definitely know what 'renewable' means when it comes to alternatives vs. fossil fuels.
Yep the old stopped clock syndrome. This is another one of those times where IHA is wrong and I am right.
Since he's physically incapable of admitting as much, he resorts to his infantile word games.
well to be fair, none of us agree with you.....I think we've all pretty much agreed with each other that its based on whether the source is renewable.......
I will......I bet it will increase my bills 1-2-maybe even 3%.........
Because that's not true!!Why not be honest and state that to buildany generator requires rare earth materials and steel, liar?

Doubt itt as Trump wants to remove the huge Obama subsidies, surely you would approve that?

This is where the rubber meets the road with alternatives. If the subsidies are removed, will people pay extra for their energy? That is where one will find out how serious people are about this or not. The pocketbook. That being said, why does alternative energy cost more? There is not reason it should. Less maintenance, no fuel costs, no pollution regulations to adhere too, etc. Nowhere near the cost to operate a conventional power plant. So why the electricity cost more? That is what people need to be asking their politicians. And demanding some changes.

I am calling total bullshit on that article. What people are truly incapable of understanding is just how much pressure there would be on electricity generation if electric cars really took off. Even a million cars would bring cause serious on the transmission grids and power stations.
