Anyway.....you couldn't show how they were against the drug war, now your saying they can fix police brutality, but haven't been able to do it for decades.

^Without even looking at the statistics, I'd say the odds of a young black man being killed by a cop are dwarfed by the odds of being killed by another black man...and it's not even close.

And I posted Libertarian writing on the drug war and the police and how to end it and you choose not to read it. I can't make you do anything but if you choose not to read then that's on you.

I didn't say the protests had no validity -i said their validity is compromised and lost when you drag it in during the anthem.. You should do it at another time during the game,and you would get clarity of purpose and a much more sympathetic auduence

Hertha's starting lineup linked arms and took a knee on the pitch, while Pal Dardai's coaching staff, general manager Michael Preetz, club officials and substitutes took a knee off it before playing Schalke.

"Hertha BSC stands for tolerance and responsibility! For a tolerant Berlin and an open-minded world, now and forevermore!" the club said on Twitter.

The action was intended to show solidarity with NFL players who have been demonstrating against discrimination in the U.S. by kneeling, sitting or locking arms through the anthem before games. Last year, former quarterback Colin Kaepernick started the movement, which has been harshly criticized by President Donald Trump.

SEE: Black Olympic athletes stand with raised fists in triumph.

Research the effect that both had on the movement.

This is America .. where money is more important than God .. and America sells a false image that it does not want exposed.

The NFL wants to sell the game overseas. America wants to sell the image of diversity, fairness, and equality. The truth can't be helpful.

But what's that going to change vis a vis police violence? NFL players are taking a knee yes but how do you see the change occurring? I'm assuming it will come through legislation but maybe not. I'm not asking as a gotcha I'm asking out of curiosity/interest.
