'Please don't kill me': Cop cleared of murder after shooting dead a sobbing father

Yeah he was drunk and the police officer was issuing bizarre, complicated instructions. He probably lost his balance. Why didn't the police officer simply ask him to keep his arms raised while he put on cuffs? What's the whole deal with asking him to crawl towards them in a bizarre, specific manner? The police officer deserves the death penalty.

I guess to an idiot like you, any instructions over 1 would seem complicated and it explains why you can't walk and chew gum at the same time.

as a cop you have less than a second to react when someone goes for their waistband or you're dead. officers acted correctly and was adjudicated as such by a jury of his peers

You're f***** was engraved on the rifle dust cover so we know what kind of guy this was. Once the civil suit is done a little suburb of Phoenix will be on the hook for millions and millions of liability.

Maybe, but Mitch will still be "not guilty" of murder and manslaughter.

Really? Common sense would dictate that they would send the other officer in to cuff him while he's face down on the ground. Why the fuck does a cop get to play a deadly version of simon says when it's clear the guy was already on the ground and hands were visible. His fellow cops could have easily gone in and cuffed him like every other situation ever! Why the game of simon says and the threatening to shoot if he makes a mistake? WTF is that fucking shit? You think that's reasonable for a cop to do? Then fuck you, the liberals are right, you are a fucking nazi authoritarian.

CRY HARDER; because your tears are refreshing, he was found NOT GUILTY, and there's nothing you can do about it. :D

Is it illegal to get drunk?

He denied being drunk in the video.

You're probably correct on Mesa being on the hook for a lawsuit; but just not the way you think, because Mesa is now going to have to show cause for firing the Officer.
