Born a Democrat and died a Democrat.....just like Sen. Byrd (Exalted Cyclops) of the KKK....the man that filibustered the Civil Rights Act in 1964
The racist fuck was a conservative. The KKK was/is conservative. You’re a conservative, aren’t you?

I don’t believe any, and that’s why I am not a Democrat. That's a good point. Which democrat congress critters are working hard on this?
Exactly. It is much ado about nothing. Nobody is kicking in your door to take your bong.
Thingy is just so used to hyperventilating he can’t help himself.
Bottom line is this. Regardless of what you think of the law, marijuana is illegal at the federal level. Additionally it has long been accepted that federal laws apply to all states. States can make them more restrictive but not less.
For me, Trump and Sessions are merely following the law. They are tasked with following the law even those they don’t agree with.
I guess Thingy and his fellow statists got so used to Obama acting above the law that they don’t know how to act now.
After further research I found several Congress critters have entered legislation for the reclassification or marijuana. Booker to legalize it.I don’t believe any, and that’s why I am not a Democrat.
How in the hell does Jarhead's avatar not get flagged as a 12B? The sniveling piece of shit should be banned. The Trump Administration is moving to end the legal sale of Marijuana in States that have legalized it for medical and recreational purposes.
I guess they don't really care about states rights!

I don’t support any party, I vote for people, not party. You certainly toe the democrat line. Whatever you call yourself, it's a distinction without a difference. Green Party?

Hello?
When did the dems have power enough to pass legalized pot?
In 1995? do you think they were going to pass pot legislation in 1995?
Or are you trying to insinuate the dems had total control in 2009 and didn't pass it?
That's actually a good point. Why isn't that a 12b?
I voted for Palin as governor and Lisa Murkowski, and a few local elections, yes, I have.Do you vote republican?
Which implies that ALL Republicans are down with that bullshit. You're correct, seeing as how it implies that the Republicans have their hands (trunks) up under the skirts of what appears to be a young girl.
Or are you trying to insinuate the dems had total control in 2009
Because they, and Obama, were too timid.
My fellow democrats will disagree, but I'm talking about what I know. Obama's contradictions on marijuana are well-documented.
Let's not forget that Obama cracked down on medical marijuana like his last name was Bush. He OPPOSED the legalization of marijuana.
If there is anyone who disputes that, I'd like to hear it.
When have the dems ever had power other than the 72 days in 2008?

I read the Vox article on the pro weed legislation Corey Booker proposed and it said he basically had no support in the Senate.
Sorry for repeating myself but to me this is an issue that states will take up first and congress will follow on.
I just disagree that it's a right wing racist thing holding legalization back. On the federal level it's very bi-partisan. There are pro weed sites that wrote anti Hillary articles claiming she told big banks in speeches she would not support legalization.
But Sessions sucks here
