so now the doc is a Trump henchman...lol...you can't make this up..Doctor released everything? You think if Trump had herpies or treatable siphylis the doctor would release that information?
And the way Trump's henchmen lie for him, I trust nothing said about him in the way of glowing praise.
Yep...the problem with many herbal remedies, is that they aren't standardized, so one pill could be a dud, and another could be 5 times what it should be. It sounds like the 'duck pills' should act to build up immunity to the flu. If so, then taking it when sick should be too late. Zinc is another great preventive measure. It helps build the immune system, but ironically, too much will weaken the immune system.Exactly. The whole idea of eating a molecule of duck's liver "because avians are a reservoir for influenza" is ludicrous on its face. But hey, if some idiot who read about it on FB thinks it's true and wants to spend her lunch lady pension on something that is quakery, it's a free country!
Don't want the flu? Get a flu shot, practice frequent and thorough handwashing, and keep yourself healthy with plenty of hydration and a good diet. You may still get it anyways; shit happens.
For colds, zinc tabs can often lessen the severity and duration of the bug, but don't do much for influenza. Always remember that many OTC herbal things are not regulated or even tested for efficacy so you likely may be just throwing your money away if you listen to gossip and "advice." If you are taking other meds -- prescription or OTC -- be sure to look up interactions between them and any other meds you are considering.

LOL...all of you are just mad that he's in better shape than you....
Airborne is nothing more than a high dose of Vit.C/B/Zinc and a few other minerals. All great as a preventive, but once you have a cold, it's a bit late. High doses of Vit. C will act as an anti inflammatory, and Airborne has 1000mg. It might help to reduce swollen sinuses, and give a bit of relief.LOL at our resident "career nurse"...
Get the Oscillococcinum and the Airborne. Stone? You eat a duck liver... the flu shot? Get it, but still get the OTC stuff... Unless you want to be sick for weeks...
Her links are hilarious, btw...
Good for you, that's awesome-I admire you, because I hate running (I'm a swimmer and bike, though) It certainly does make a difference...Not me. Last year I competed in a mud run, a half marathon, a full marathon and two triathlons.
That requires around the calendar training. I've been an avid fitness buff for years. But you are right, if he is not gravely ill
at that age, he has some decent genes working, and its a crapshoot. So I envy anyone generally disease free by that advanced age.
Even many kids die of cancer. If maybe he thought about that, he wouldn't have spent his entire life being a total asshole.
Isn't all that available online somewhere? I don't think you have to demand itWe should DEMAND the Long-Form Girth Certificate!!!
There's nothing wrong with either OTC I mentioned. We don't get the flu shot. Never have. Airborne is awesome. At the first sign of a cold, you take a couple and poof...gone. At least for us...during the cold and flu season we take it often, whenever we're around a bunch of germy students...and just people in general who have no idea of the proper way to contain a sneeze or a cough.Airborne is nothing more than a high dose of Vit.C/B/Zinc and a few other minerals. Better to have a daily regimen of the same ingredients. I never get sick. Been that way for decades. Best to prevent, than to treat.

At first, I didn't think his cholesterol was that bad...similar to mine. But he takes Crestor, and I refuse to take anything.I don't know but I found his triglyceride reading to be pretty amazing given that he's on 10mg of Crestor. My brother had a mild stroke last year and was found to have mildly elevated lipids including the triglycerides. His doc put him on 5mg of Crestor. On re-testing a month later, his total cholesterol had fallen from 222 to a total of 130. Trump's triglycerides alone were 129 on twice as much Crestor.
For an older and obese man, though, Trump's BP and HR are outstanding.
I'm just going to go with the report, which included advice for the President as far as his diet and exercise. He's healthier than most people here, as I mentioned. And quite a bit older. It is what it is...I know very few adults that are 40 plus pounds overweight.
And I do not think I know anybody who routinely stuffs their face with Big Macs, Milkshakes, and KFC fried chicken, and makes it a point to avoid exercise.
Now, granted I live in a relatively health conscious area of the country, so I cannot speak to what they are doing in the grossly overweight, socially conservative southern states.

You are dismissedWe really couldn't care less of your personal experiences.
Zinc spray is one of the only things that actually works once you're sick. That's a physical reaction, as opposed to an immune issue. But yes...prevention is always the answer, which is why so many preventive procedures were included in ACA lawThere's nothing wrong with either OTC I mentioned. We don't get the flu shot. Never have. We have a daily regimen, as well. I think chlorine may have something to do with it as well. Lots of chlorine
( I had over 400 sick days when I retired...)
