His triglycerides are frighteningly high as well, particularly since he's on Crestor. He might have better luck with getting that under control if he loses weight and eats a better diet.

"Lipids" are fats and refer to all the various types of cholesterol in our bodies.

Here’s a paragraph:

Rear Adm. Ronny Jackson was so effusive in extolling the totally amazing, surpassingly marvelous, superbly stupendous and extremely awesome health of the president that the doctor sounded almost Trumpian. “The president’s overall health is excellent,” he said, repeating “excellent” eight times: “Hands down, there’s no question that he is in the excellent range. . . . I put out in the statement that the president’s health is excellent, because his overall health is excellent. . . . Overall, he has very, very good health. Excellent health.”

I do not know if there is an actual medical definition that quantifies "excellent health", or if it is all just the personal opinion of any given doctor.

To me, being grossly overweight, borderline obsess, refusing to exercise and high levels of bad cholesterol would not sound like "excellent heath".
In fact, if that actually was my physical condition, I think I would be lying to myself if I thought I was in "excellent health".

If it is merely an opinion (albeit and informed opinion)...this guy went way over the top. As Milbank says in his article, Doctor (Rear Admiral) Jackson was so "effusive"...he sounded like a Trump sock puppet.
