Simple solutions to school shootings

I know you’ll just love this source but the list should be accurate and the specifics of the pistol in question that banned its further production for sale in the US post 1994 were magazine capacity and threaded barrel. I bought this gun in 1992 and liked it so well I went to get another one in the fall of ‘94 and they were gone and weren’t coming back. It was banned because of its features.

do you still own the firearm ? I would like to shoot it. it looks like a lot of fun.

Essentially, your gun wasn't "grabbed"...and you have yet to provide the AWB list (it exists you know, just do a better job of your research) that specifically names this gun. I've asked twice now....the generic screed laden gunner source with supposition, conjecture, juxtaposed facts and just plain old revisionism doesn't answer the question either.

See chuckles, you don't have the brilliance to dazzle me, and your BS doesn't baffle.

Gee, you’re so smart. You want to be a lawyer you can look up the specifics in however many pages of legislation that was (may it Rest In Peace...forever) the Clinton AWB. You know as well as I that any list there wont name the Grendel PS30. But it does ban the features and it did cause Grendel to cease production of this weapon. It was “banned” no matter how much you want to say it wasn’t. Find Marty, go back in time to post ‘94 and buy me a new one if it wasn’t, Your Eminence.

I sold it for much more than I paid for it because it was banned from being produced to sell in the US. The fellow that bought it needed it much more than I did. I bought it for around $300 and sold it for $620.

What part of "NO, STUPID....." did you not understand? Once more for the cheap seats: Cruz went the legal route and got his assault rifle....meaning that he was registered and on file. Someone stated that he could have easily got it illegally. I pointed out that given the high mark up of weapons on the illegal market, Cruz wouldn't go that route (criminals do, not jobs don't). Mind you, if the AWB was in place, Cruz could have gone to a private dealer/owner and bought said weapon. My POINT is that if you remove such weapons from general sales, you remove one more efficient killing machine of choice (i.e., mass shootings in the last 30 years) from the general population. Cruz would have had to use another weapon to commit his crime....but it would not have been his weapon of choice and would not give him the efficiency he craved.

Got that now, stupid?

You should try making your point without ad homines. I support AWB.

guns and ammo have become a great investment. I sold off my collection 25 years ago and hate myself for it.

Based on the last gun show where I had tables, many people made an investment. The more the gun hating, wannabe grabbers bitch and whine, the more the value of that investment goes up. Good for them and at the next show, good for me.

I used to have a lot of guns. I still keep lots of ammo and reloading supplies but have whittled my gun collection down to about 20 long Guns and 4 or 5 pistols. I just don’t have the time to shoot that I once did.

I got stopped at a road block about midnight one night when I was 24. My buddy had been in from the Air Force and we had gone out earlier that day to do a little shooting. I had 18 rifles and a Ruger 44 mag pistol in the back seat of my Bronco. I warned the guy before he looked. He checked about 4 to make sure nothing was loaded and I guess he decided the rest weren’t. Then he sent me on my way.

I suppose at one time I had upwards of around 50 long Guns. I’d find a bargain and buy it. Then I got married. ;)

Spare me this BS of yours.....if you truly had knowledge about adherence to the Constitution and the legal dictates as to how weapons for militias were to be stored and accounted for, you'd shit your pants.
where in the constitution and/or legal dictates does it give any specifics on how weapons are to be stored???????

The Constitution does NOT guarantee you a military grade weapon UNLESS YOU BELONG TO A LEGAL, RECOGNIZED STATE MILITIA. It does guarantee you the right to arm yourself.
the founders and we the people do not agree with you.

If you can't defend yourself or your home with the plethora of semi-automatic handguns, revolvers, shotguns, rifles and hunting rifles available EVEN WHEN THE AWB WAS IN PLACE, then you are either a lousy shot, one brick shy of a paranoid load, or a shill for the NRA/gun manufacturers.

the 2nd Amendment is not about home defense, it's about killing government agents.

And there you have it folks.....STY is in total denial of documented, valid facts. He prefers his personal interpretation of the law, along with his supposition and conjecture. Typical right wing revisionism. Sad, but not unexpected.

no, here is what we have. you stick to your own bullshit narrative supplied to you by liberal and anti gun talking points in place of actual history of how the law was written. typical liberal idiocy. I repeat, THERE IS NO GUN SHOW LOOPHOLE!!!!!

as youths my brother and all our friends hunted arrowheads all the time [ @12-15 yrs. old.] my brother had a crown royal fifth bag about 20% full of Catawba indian arrowheads. crystal, quartz, flint. I covet 50 long guns. it is maybe wrong. I never had more than 5.

You think you could fight the Army, National Guard and State police?

sir, you advocate oathkeeping and patriotism. a I would ask of thee why have the agents not done their damned job? and why have you, as an oathkeeper not killed them ? sorry. that may be a question to avoid. you have the right to remain silent and bend over.

Every state in those early days had rules and regulations for weapons....storage for the militia (not to be confused with the minutemen).
Again, a "well regulated militia" is not to be confused with the minutemen.
Really? WTF does it state or imply or allude to such? Man, what are YOU smoking?

Parroting your revisionist claptrap won't make it any less false. As the links I provided in the previous post demonstrated, law enforcement officers federal and local recognize the the gun show loophole. No one really gives a damn what you want to believe. It's been demonstrated and logically explained...So you're just pissing in the wind or circle jerking with like minded oather/threeper wtf you call yourselves buddies to say other wise. FACTS over beliefs....deal with it toodles.
