We needed to move away from monstrous Trade associations and instead use our clout to improve bilateral relations.
NAFTA is still being re-negotiated ( the big hang up is country of origin for auto parts) as well as re-establishing better relations with Sunni states .
No more interventionism, etc.
If you take it issue by issue I find lots of areas of agreement.
