Hopelessly wrong again as per usual, I think everyone wrongly murdered by the corporate state police should get the justice america claims it doles out to all equally.

Newly released body camera footage shows a police officer shooting an unarmed man in an Arizona hotel after the man sobbed and pleaded with officers not to shoot him.

The graphic video, which was released after a jury on Thursday acquitted the officer of murder and manslaughter charges, stoked outrage on social media and renewed calls for reforms in law enforcement.

“This, to me, is the most horrific shooting I’ve ever seen,” Mark Geragos, a lawyer for the widow and the 5- and 8-year-old daughters of the man, Daniel Shaver, 26, said in an interview on Saturday. Mr. Geragos, who said he had seen thousands of body camera videos, said the footage was evidence of “the criminal justice system at its worst.”

"If you make a mistake, another mistake, there is a very severe possibility that you're both going to get shot. Do you understand?" an officer yells before telling Shaver to "shut up."

"I'm not here to be tactical and diplomatic with you. You listen. You obey," the officer says.

For the next five minutes, officers give Shaver a series of instructions. First, an officer tells Shaver to put both of his hands on top of his head, then he instructs him to cross his left foot over his right foot.

"If you move, we're going to consider that a threat and we are going to deal with it and you may not survive it," the officer said.

The officer then has the woman crawl down the hallway, where she is taken into custody. Shaver remains on the ground in the hallway, his hands on his head.

The officer tells Shaver to keep his legs crossed and push himself up into a kneeling position. As Shaver pushes himself up, his legs come uncrossed, prompting the officer to scream at him.

I'm sorry," Shaver says, placing his hands near his waist, prompting another round of screaming.

"You do that again, we're shooting you, do you understand?" an officer yells.

"Please do not shoot me," Shaver begs, his hands up straight in the air.

At the officer's command, Shaver then crawls down the hallway, sobbing. At one point, he reaches back - possibly to pull up his shorts - and Brailsford opens fire, striking Shaver five times.

There is a town, can't remember the name, that has one of the highest gun per capita rates in the nation. They also have one of the lowest crime rates. Know why? It's mostly white, and it's not run by liberals. So, please, tell us all how guns are the problem. Idiot!

The numbers proves that more than twice as many whites were shot by police as blacks. You can believe it or you can deny it. It doesn't change the truth and the truth that you don't care about the white ones just the black ones you can use to further your racist agenda, boy.

A justified shooting. The guy did not obey the officer. And when you reach for your pants, or whatever, there is a chance you may be going for a weapon. If I was that officer, I would have shot him too. There's a lesson here. Do what you are told, and you won't get shot. It's that simple.
