Kavanaugh is about to get the Merick Garland treatment!

How stupid does anyone have to be to think that a Supreme Court nominee is about a popularity poll? Don't answer that, we already know you are a despicable hyper partisan moron on steroids.

Obviously his nomination has not gone over well with the populace. We all are entitled to opinions, aren't we?

Opinions are about as worthless as the popular vote count in a Presidential election snowflake. The only thing these polls show is how uninformed 40% of Americans are because they get their information from lying Fake news organizations like CNN and MSNBC.

Try invoking it less lol.

He'll still be confirmed. These type of men don't pay for their crimes.........

Once again, he can be a racist piece of shit, a cheater, a liar, but they finally draw the line at attempted to rape.

There should have been outrage from the onslaught of the accusations of racism........ then we would have never heard about this rapist.

Why does racism always get a pass?

racism isn't real. it's in your head. you just suck at life. it's that simple.

Lets not forget, ABC, NBC, CBS, public radio, and a whole bunch of others. They all lie constantly, unlike Fox, Breitbart, levin, Limbaugh, Newsmax, and Drudge

I guess when Brett Kavanaugh was nominated to the DC Appeals court in 2006, it wasn’t time for her to say anything about this

it seems as though you might have you mind made up already. At lets hear what she has to say

Here is her statement. "Speaking publicly for the first time, Ford said that one summer in the early 1980s, Kavanaugh and a friend — both “stumbling drunk,” Ford alleges — corralled her into a bedroom during a gathering of teenagers at a house in Montgomery County.
While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.
“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”
Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.

Damn if that doesn't sound like a repeat of the Duke case.

You cant reverse a lifetime appointment...

Sure you can, and fairly easily for judges. The impeachment process is clearly laid out in the Constitution, and is different for the President, members of congress, and for judges. For judges, who serve 'in good behavior', rather than for the POTUS, who must be convicted for 'high crimes and misdemeanors', the bar is set exceedingly low.

So ax yourself, why isn't the impeachment process used?

I strongly suggest you go for it!

I'll tell you the gist of her testimony "Brett and I went out he got some booze and we had a few drinks I passed out and he raped me, or I told him no but he forced me when I was drunk." Any bets that will be close to her story?

Not even close. Her statement is easy to find on the internet - your characterization is not even close.

I don't like what they have done to Kavanaugh, but I think it is poetic justice.

I do not see what equivalency you are drawing.

Garland was completely denied a vote because of Republican obstructionism.

Kavanaugh is having his vote delayed because of allegations of attempted rape.

Its not even apples and oranges. It's more like matter and anti-matter.

"Here's an accusation from a victim of Kavanaugh's crimes from when he was in an all-boys high school."

*5 minutes later*

"Here's a character witness letter of 65 women who knew Kavanaugh from when he was a student at an all-boys high school."

"Wait, why did you have a (supposedly) meticulously-researched letter testifying to Kavanaugh's character from 65 women ready to go the moment after the accusation was made?"

"No reason."
