Ok, now that I've heard both, I believe Kavanaugh is telling the truth.

She didn't say she was unable to fly, just that flying scared her and she didn't like to fly. Did you miss the part where she flies east every year to visit her parents?

This whole circus is evidence of Congress's incompetence, partisanship and political games.
It's almost as if the dems are retaliating against the reps for the Merrick Garland fiasco in 2016.
This has been going on for centuries but it doesn't make it any less embarrassing.

BTW, I loved Lindsay Graham's emotional and passionate outburst. I love the guy. Wish he would challenge The Fucking Moron for the nomination in 2020.

There is no proving possible without a confession to falsity on one side or physical evidence that does not exist,
so the truth can only be approached by assessing credibility and circumstantial evidence as tending
in reason to make a fact in issue more or less probable.

Bearing this in mind we know ALL of Kavanaugh's testimony is self serving and scant little of Ford's is, other than
the universal truth that all people are emotionally invested in their prior statements..
Point Ford.

Also, there is his obvious dissembly as to his yearbook entries, they are not only evidence of
mendacity under oath but in addition are consistent with onset alcoholism.

Republicans do not help the cause at all by not asking the witness ANYTHING at all, but spend the
entirety of their time attacking the process, (in a kneejerk reaction- guilt for not doing a legit investigation).

Further, Korsakoff is a less professional witness than Ford. (surprising) She has much superior comportment and likability.
I see Korsakoff bullying senior senators, interrupting and deflecting.

Sen Mazie Hirono nailed it.

I tell you as an expert and someone more intelligent than the average bear. He is lying.
He trapped her in the room, groped her, lay on her, covered her mouth, and laughed.

I have zero doubt.

I also have little doubt he thinks that is no big deal and should not upend his lifelong plan.

Sorry truth from me, the smartest guy in the room. It's practically a burden.
