DiFi is the reason yesterday happened.
Democrats own it.
This is ALL on the Democratic Party of the Jackass. Let's hope there will be a serious price to pay in the Fall and beyond. If not, good men and women might as well throw in the towel.

There is a process. Feinstein would have immediately brought it to the Judicial Committee chair in private. They could have held confidential hearings to determine the merits of the claim and interviewed ALL the witnesses, accuser and Kavanaugh behind closed doors to determine the facts.
BTW..........WHERE IS MARK JUDGE???
note Kav and the asshole GOP douchbags are hiding that fuck, don't even recognize his name
run traitors run
No. As you'll recall, he yelled, cried, and vented his paranoia. That's the opposite of behaving reasonably. He was a complete emotional wreck right from the very start of his testimony. He was like a clinic in "how not to act like a judge."
Neither of us knows whether this allegation is true, much less the other two. You just assume he didn't do any of those things because, for strictly political reasons, you want him on the court. But whether he did them or not, he showed himself to be unqualified to be a judge. He lacks rationality and self control.
I'd turn that around and ask the same thing about Ford. If what she is saying happened, then all those who claim it didn't are attacking her reputation -- saying that she is a perjurer and slanderer, who for some unknown reason invented a terrible story about an old acquaintance. How does she get her reputation back after those despicable smears launched against her?
First, this hasn't destroyed him. What's at stake is whether he should get a big promotion. Being denied a promotion isn't something that destroys people. Second, you don't have any idea whether he's a good man, you just like his politics. He may be a good man. He may be a guy who was involved in at least three incidents of serious sexual misconduct. You and I don't know. The point of the hearing is to give people a chance to see how credible each witness seems, so we can take our best guess. Notably, one side is really uncomfortable with that kind of transparency.....destroyed a good man ....
So sorry but the sex crimes prosecutor says she wouldn't charge Kavanaugh
What lie do you think I told, in particular, and what evidence do you see that it's a lie?
What if it happened? What if, as she has testified under oath, she distinctly remembers him pinning her down, trying to remove her clothes, and covering her mouth to keep her from continuing to yell? Should she have kept silent about it, so that he could get his big promotion, and to protect his family, peers, and friends from knowing what kind of person he really is?
Regardless of whether you think Kavanaugh tried to rape Ford, as she has testified, and regardless of whether you think he was involved in the episodes of serious sexual misconduct alleged by the other two women, one thing should be clear to all reasonable observers: Brett Kavanaugh is simply not qualified to serve on the bench.... any bench, much less the nation's highest court.
The man lacks mastery of his own emotions. He's the poster-boy for how not to project an appropriate judicial temperament. Even before the hard questions came, he became completely unglued. A man with more self mastery would realize he should at least try to seem like he understands that the Democrats were doing their jobs in trying to get to the bottom of serious allegations, and instead he whimpered and whined about the supposed Democratic conspiracy against him. How can a man like that be expected to rule impartially on questions that have partisan implications? Whether or not he's a sexual predator, he's clearly the wrong man for the job. He should step aside immediately, and if he won't, Trump should drop him before he has a chance to disgrace our nation's highest court.
Ford's allegations came out, and there's no evidence that Feinstein leaked the allegations. What were the Democrats supposed to do at that point? Ford was wiling to testify. Were the Democrats supposed to conspire to make sure her story never became known to the American people? Why?
So sorry but the sex crimes prosecutor says she wouldn't charge Kavanaugh, hell the evidence is so weak she wouldn't even seek a search warrant. Sounds to me like Kavanaugh handled himself just fine.
Judge should be subpoenaed. He's alleged to have been in the room at the time. His sworn testimony is the only other likely insight we can get into this.
They were leaked you dishonest lying dunce. What do you think, that we're all idiots like you are?? Moron.
Further proof of what a dishonest idiot you are; Ford has to file charges first you fucking moron. Has she done that yet? Yes or No? If these charges are so serious, why hasn't she filed charges yet?
Don't answer that; you lack the honesty and intelligence to be honest. You're nothing more than a hyper partisan hack on steroids.
First, this hasn't destroyed him.
What do you expect the hired gun would say?
She said what any officer of the law would. Ford should run down to the nearest police department and file her charges immediately. Then, maybe, someone can slap her with reality or we can presume there is some seriousness to her spurious claims. Meanwhile, here is your award for being the biggest, most pretentious, unintelligent douche on the forum:
He's already lied during these hearings outside the Ford stuff, never matters, hearings are theater. And Lindsey Graham's performance at being aghast a party would cockblock a nomination until the next election is an Academy award winning performance.
None of this has anything to do with trying him for a crime, even you know that don't you now.
What do you expect the hired gun would say?
Still, I wouldn't charge him either. The standard for criminal law is being able to convince every single juror, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the defendant committed the crime. There's just not enough evidence there that any prosecutor would expect to be able to get all twelve jurors (statistically including a few Republicans) across that line. But this isn't a criminal case. It's a job interview. If it were anywhere other than this highly politicized atmosphere, we wouldn't even be having this discussion, because when three separate women accuse a job applicant of serious sexual misconduct, that's more than enough to go on to the next resume in the pile.
