Nope. A foreign national is under the jurisdiction of their foreign country as well. This is political jurisdiction. It is why we can deport them ONLY to their countries of origin (their nations of jurisdiction). An illegal crossing our border is a federal criminal. They have already broken U.S. law. They have no claim of political jurisdiction here. If caught, they will be deported back to their nation of political jurisdiction.

WRONG. Diplomats, illegal immigrants, foreign visitors that overstay their visas, invading armies, etc. are NOT U.S. citizens, and neither are their children. They have no claim to political jurisdiction in the United States.

Legal jurisdiction is different from political jurisdiction.

You're wrong.. anyone (except diplomats) who are on US soil.. on any kind of visa.. visitor, student, tourist, businessman is under US jurisdiction and that includes overstayers and illegals. Whose jurisdiction do YOU think they are under? LOLOL :laugh:

No they aren't under the jurisdiction of any foreign country.. because the ONLY law in the US is US law.

Even if they are in the US illegally, they are under US jurisdiction.. Call your local law school and ask.
