The constitution grants citizenship to any person born on US soil, with limited exceptions.
Tariffs.. He raised the price so the Chinese won't buy US soybeans. But Trump did say he was going to dedicate 12 billion to subsidizing the farmers he has hurt.
Not true. Those born in the U. S. were citizens long before JFK. Also, it is current federal law so any executive orders are irrelevant.
Do you have the number of that executive order?

No, they aren't. That was a policy implemented by executive order from Pres. Kennedy, in violation of the Constitution.
Trump is simply reversing this order, so as to be in conformance with the Constitution.
Trump can't control the price of soybeans. How can he raise the price of soybeans sold to China?

Not only abysmally ignorant, but abysmally stupid as well. A court cannot possibly determine that a law is unconstitutional without interpreting the Constitution.Nope. It only needs to interpret the new law. No court has authority to interpret the Constitution of the United States nor of any State.
Of course an unrelated statute has nothing to do with the executive order signed by JFK. Why are you bringing up this statute??
Its just a cut and paste from 2013. Unsigned crap .....

You're certainly familiar with that one. It describes nearly every one of your posts.Argument of the Stone fallacy.
I keep hearing this claim, but no one has identified the Executive Order that JFK is supposed to have issued. I don't expect an answer from you. You never back up any of your ridiculous claims. No, they aren't. That was a policy implemented by executive order from Pres. Kennedy, in violation of the Constitution.
