"Point is trump devastated the soybean industry." N #1221

" ... trade wars are good, and easy to win." Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump 18/03/02 02:50

The recent stock markets tumble have been attributed to this. Trump is severely destabilizing force not only in domestic U.S. politics, but among allies and trading partners alike.

Tariffs.. He raised the price so the Chinese won't buy US soybeans. But Trump did say he was going to dedicate 12 billion to subsidizing the farmers he has hurt.

Trump can't control the price of soybeans. How can he raise the price of soybeans sold to China?

I don't think you know what a tariff is.

Not when China won't buy them

That what happens with a trade war.

I'm sure you could find it if you wanted to research it.

I tried that already--that is why I asked you for the number (or link).

An executive order by JFK establishing birthright citizenship does not seem to exist. It does not seem surprising since it birthright citizenship had already been granted since the 14th Amendment.

For millions of Americans the first generation of their family never were naturalized meaning most of us are citizens because we were born here.

Tariffs by the U.S. do not affect soybean prices.

Nope. It only needs to interpret the new law. No court has authority to interpret the Constitution of the United States nor of any State.
Not only abysmally ignorant, but abysmally stupid as well. A court cannot possibly determine that a law is unconstitutional without interpreting the Constitution.

And if you don't like my fonts, maybe you could stop posting such consistent ignorance and stupidity.

Of course an unrelated statute has nothing to do with the executive order signed by JFK. Why are you bringing up this statute??

Because the Constitution gives Congress the power to make naturalization law and this is the federal law regulating that policy. An executive order does not override a federal law.

We are still waiting for some information about that executive order.

No, they aren't. That was a policy implemented by executive order from Pres. Kennedy, in violation of the Constitution.
I keep hearing this claim, but no one has identified the Executive Order that JFK is supposed to have issued. I don't expect an answer from you. You never back up any of your ridiculous claims.
