And even if they weren't born in the U. S. they would still be natural born citizens because the parent was a citizen. Immigration law even describes children of citizens born in and out of wedlock. The details of citizenship vary based on the year born.
But it's illegal for Trump, as President, to accept payment for that from any foreign state. Since he has refused to divest himself of those properties, or even put them in a blind trust so he's not involved in managing them, the Constitution would appear to require that foreign dignitaries or any employees of a foreign government stay at Trump properties for free.
