It disturbs me that he got physical like this.

Both behaved badly but when she grabbed his phone and in response he threw her to the ground, it makes me think it's not the first time he manhandled her.

I wonder what could have been on that phone that her grabbing it made them have a public scene. What made a recognizable guy like Bauer go off like this in public, where someone was sure to recognize him?

My gut says lock him up for a few days until he thinks over his reaction, but my head says even if he gets charged he wouldn't go to jail.
