Dictionaries do not define words. That is not their purpose. No dictionary owns any word.
Dictionaries are used to standardize spelling and pronunciation, and provide suggestions for how a word is used; but no dictionary defines any word.
Answer the questions put to you. Stop evading. All you are showing is that you do not have an answer for them.
Let's take your definition of 'climate' as 'weather in a region over a long time'. How long is 'a long time'? Seconds? Days? Months? Years? Centuries? Millennia? Longer? And how big is a 'region'? The size of a room? A house? A block? A neighborhood? A town? A city? A county? A nation? A continent? A hemisphere? A world? How do you describe the weather over any of these regions?
Define 'climate change'.
