Mueller's answer is right there in his report. If you read it, you would know what a stupid question that is.

It's particularly stupid if your intent in asking it is to try to show that there was no collusion because the answer will be that there were multiple contacts between the Trump campaign and Russians, Russia intended to help Trump get elected and the Trump campaign was willing to accept that help. The only conclusion reached by the report is that the evidence that was found didn't prove a criminal conspiracy that could be proved in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt. It doesn't prove there was no collusion. It doesn't even prove there was no conspiracy because the report also makes clear that they were denied access to evidence because it was destroyed or people refused to testify.
 
You don't see Mueller trying to ignore subpoenas and court orders. that is what Trump and his people do. Of course, that is what they need to do. They need desperately to hide what they do from the people.
