The truth is science requires a cross-sectional test that tests people from all groups to see if they have it, have had it or are clear. They want a solid number according to age, relative health condition, and sex. They need to collect as much data as possible before it returns.
We have limited to people who are symptomatic, live with someone who had it or flew to a place with it. We also have to see who did not get it and hope to figure out why?
Our shortage of test which Trump claims is done has kept us in the dark. However,Trump said they solved the test problem every day for over a month.

they;ll do random sampling across social strata as more test become available ( and people to read them)

What they need to do NOW though is recommend treatment —hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin,
for those with bad cases

3 days ago FLA was testing at 1100 PER million residents. With 20.6% of the population over 65, you do the extrapolation. CALIF tested 1700 PER million residents. NY tested 5139 PER million residents. MA 2900 PER million. You get the point.

Remember the rest of the state is open for business unless biz's choose to close on their own.
 
Instead of whining about the government's response try following the directions that will help slow the spread of the virus.
