75 yr old man shoved to ground by NY cops, bleeding from head & ear

Are you really trying to paint this is intentional? That the 75 year old wanted a cop to kill him or put him in the hospital?

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...buffalo-police-known-peaceful-man/3160820001/
Videos from the incident showed Gugino approaching a line of police, and then an officer pushing him backward.

Gugino stumbled back and then fell to the ground, his head hitting the sidewalk. Blood pooled around the back of his head almost immediately.

Bystanders who were at the scene said police called medical personnel, who showed up within minutes.

“There was blood dripping out of (Gugino’s) ear,” said Jamie Quinn, 17, of Buffalo, who was there taking photos just after 8 p.m. Thursday, which is when the city’s curfew started.

It appears Gugino is still in the hospital for his head injury. Bleeding from the ear is a serious head injury.

Are you a doctor?

Why do you say things you have no knowledge at all of. The old man was pushed straight backward landing on his head. That , and only that is what caused the injury. It was not his lack of acrobatic skills. Nobody is saying the cops were trying to bust his skull open. But they did. The cops should have immediately helped him.It was all because of police brutality.

Do you comprehend what it takes to be honest about how and why your body exists in plain sight among the social arenas of ancestrally practiced ideologies? Obviously not. Time is the point of occupying space as kinetically proportioned to population present in ever changing details compounding what took place and taking place from now on.

there are no timelines when eternally spaced apart so far. Natural limitations words hide in plain sight.

Now everyone will say I am off topic yet at the core of all this chaos. That 75 year old man was trying to become a martyr for social change of which party rules ancestry in this geographical area named United States of America. He sacrificed himself for the cause of bring what used to govern out of power to nurturing next generations from now on.

Second, watch that video and the third officer going between the two accused for the push and you will see that 3rd persons right arm doing the strongarm shove as the one on the right right arm was at the side as George was shoved in his upper chest.

A lot of misrepresentation is taking place by all sides of this narrative. Inaccurate is never correct and 360 degrees of circle logic at pretending doesn't change what actually took place.

The cops did nothing wrong. The old antifa has been aggressively approached them and initiated physical contact. The cops had already formed a line and were clearing the area and the cops pushed him out of the way as they were supposed to do, and the clumsy antifa wannabe tripped over his own feet. The irony is that the stupid fuck was holding a riot helmet when he fell.

He’s a well-known leftist agitator, and was there to confront police and cause trouble. He got what he was looking for.

The officer’s shove was just enough to move the guy back off of him. The guy then does a cartoonish flailing move backwards and falls.

My father told me to never put my hands on police.

The only thing I don't like was a few walking by without helping the old turd.

No one out rioting and looting over this man? Nope. Not political enough. White on white injustice. No one cares.
There was no injustice. Guy was playing with fire and got burned. He should probably retire and let the young and well balanced agitators take his place.

You really lack empathy to the whole situation taking place in that recorded video only going on the seeing is believe spectrum of interpretation. There were what 75 police offiers to control hundreds to tousands of people moving in league with those lotting and destroying property.

Does that remind you of how people trying to become ruling elites hide within their fellowship willing to sacrifice their time living from now on to feel larger than proportionately here? Ruling elites work from central authority in ever direction they control the sphere of behavior within a geographical arena of ideologies being law of the landscape from now on.

Life only exists as reproductions are timed apart now in plain sight. You don't believe that is how life functions naturally? That isn't my fault.

Well, they got out of his way while he was lying on the pavement. Hell, one even said let him lie as they walked right past him.

There was nothing the cops could do but call the EMTs, which is what they did.

Assault is not wrong? You are being a clown again. can you admit they should have helped the old man who was bleeding out of his ears?

Yes they should have helped him faster.

This was not assault. It was a cop pushing away a protestor who had approached and made contact with him as his unit cleared the streets. Text book power shove. No hits just a one handed shove.

Blame the old man for looking for trouble. Perhaps battery. A cops job is hard enough already. Now they get shit just for doing it.

We've been sleeping in the business to prevent looting. We had 2 attempted breaking and an unrelated shootout between local idiots. We chased off the 2 attempts and it sucked bad (intense adrenaline rush) and we had overwhelming firepower. The shootout was worst, much worst. I cant imagine being a cop. Crappy job and always folks who monday morning QB the incident without feeling that intense rush. For me it was sickening litterally (the shootout next door).

It really just goes to show people why so many people are participating in the protests, WHITE, BLACK, RED OR YELLOW.

In the bigger picture, the protests are about Police Brutality and excessive force- Which is normally the starting point of just about every one of the Police Incidents Gone Bad over the last several decades since the Rodney beating.

And this incident is also an eyeopener as to how Police Departments cover up their own abuses, as this police department originally wrote up the incident as "THE MAN TRIPPED AND HURT HIMSELF.

But, that is not what happened, as a News Crew filmed the incident, and their film clip revealed he was brutally shoved to the ground by a reckless and careless Trusted Authoritative Public Servant who over-reacted and abused his authority.

Now, you have to ask yourself, HOW MANY incidents of police abusing their authority goes on across the country every day without the public's benefit of having a NEWS CREW THERE to fact check the police reports?

EVERYBODY needs to set their politics aside for a moment and try to see the BIGGER PICTURE.

Let's not get so sucked up into our politics that we allow them to blind us and distract us from what is right and just pure wrong!

Always easy to talk crap sitting behind the computer judging. Walk a block in the cops shoes. Until any of you do that you have no freaking idea of what you are complaining about.

When you are dealing with the unknown you must take precautions. When you are facing many and you are few you simply cant allow what that old idiot was doing. He is old but not incapable of causing harm......pull a knife or gun........spray something........distract a few officers causing a hole in the line......who knows. If he is allowed that WILL encourage others not so frail.

So ride with the fuzz and you will be changed forever I'm sure of it.

Oh, there is a lot more to it than just that one sided view of policing!

You can dance around the obvious with conjecture all you want, but ABUSE OF AUTHORITY- is simply that- ABUSE OF AUTHORITY!

Give the wrong person authority, a LOADED sidearm, a big stick, helmet, and body armor, and then walk a few steps- SEE IF YOU DON'T ALSO FEEL LIKE THE AUTHORITY GIVEN COULD BE USED TO CRACK SOME FUCKING HEADS, IF YOU WANTED TO!

The most important thing is the authority and who can be trusted with it.

It requires using discretion, restraint, a cool temper, controlling your emotions, putting your politics aside, and most certainly
your racial biases.

Because if that is not the case, everything in your post, DOESN'T MEAN DIDDLY DICK!

An authoritative trusted public servant is not out there to carry out his temper tantrums, or his emotional breakdowns or personal frustrations, or his racist biases, or feed his over-inflated ego, get even, or carry out his personal political interests.

And when that does become the case, then that is why people are going to take it to the streets.

Exactly. Common sense. None of this crap going on right now or with other riots would have happened if people just had common sense. Any resolution needed if you think you were treated unfairly is why we have courts.

Comply and then get your straight right and left hook in court in the form of punishment or compensation. It's called having the last laugh.
