You know Onceler, I didn't know about that campaign at all, I have to look that up. I really didn't know her, but I googled her for a while, and it seems the general consensous is that she is a blue dog. Which we dont' need another one of them, in my view.

Actually I was reading a piece by an insecure woman who thinks that if men protect the life of an unborn child, somehow that translates to hating women.

I think that's almost exactly how I pictured you (as much as I can see, anyway - bad eyes after decades in front of a computer). Very smokin' - hope Dixie isn't reading this. And yeah - definitely don't leave it up. I remember that ib doctoring, which was really weird & somewhat perverse, in a way.

We were really rooting for Gillibrand; not just because she's a Dem, but because Treadwell's ads were so awful & negative. So my impression is kind of colored by that. Honestly, though, I know very little about her positions...

Oh Lord, SF must really be preparing some huge anti-choice rant. I think I am going to bed"! I have aggravated enough conservatives for one night anyway. I almost feel like, I should have a smoking gun I can blow on the end of after I'm done with them. They're so easy and predictable! Puppets, really.

I don't know. I dislike Cuomo because he strikes me as such a rat. I'll have to do more research into her. But a primary challenge is an interesting thought, you never know what could happen.

Alright I looked at her wikipedia and she's removed her name from consideration.

How about:

Jerrold Nadler (second after Nydia)
or maybe
Louise Slaughter (quite a bit down, but the second most liberal woman on the list)

She's been endorsed by the NRA and her stances on gays, even gays in the military, are out of step with NY. She's basically a Republican.

It was a bad choice. She'll probably be challenged from the left in two years in a primary battle, probably by Maloney.

Hopefully a challange from the left can get rolling and be well-funded, because she can only be taken out in the primaries, not the general.

And I strongly object to New York having a Republican Senator.
