DEMOCRATS are using an online campaign donation tool that raises ethical concerns

iu

Every election cycle seems to reveal ethics issues when it comes to fundraising efforts by local, state and national political candidates. Right now, we are seeing something new and potentially significant, which is the rise of anonymous online donations.

One big driver is the online donation tool for DEMOCRATS called ActBlue.

According to ActBlue's own website, a majority of DEMOCRAT Senate and House campaigns, along with the DEMOCRAT Congressional Campaign Committee, DEMOCRAT Senatorial Campaign Committee, DEMOCRAT Governors Association, over one-third of statewide campaigns, and progressive advocacy organizations around the country use ActBlue for fundraising.

The website allows credit card donations that are not verified, so anyone from any country in the world can give many small donations to a candidate or group with no paper trail.

Federal Election Commission regulations don't require political campaigns to list the names, addresses and occupations of individual donors who contribute less than $200 in an election cycle. Campaigns are only required to report the total amount received from these small donors as "unitemized" individual contributions.

For example, $53 million of then-senatorial candidate Beto O'Rourke's $79 million total came through such contributions on ActBlue.

If you buy something online but type in the wrong ZIP code or address, you get a red box letting you know you made a mistake just in case someone else stole your credit card.

This is the bank's instant verification process, which ActBlue refuses to let the banks use when moving money to campaigns.

Because it didn't happen within five minutes and Truth Deflector hasn't offered any proof that it did.

How about this answer… “it depends”…

Let me back out first to “how long does it take to make a TV commercial?”

I recommend 3–4 months to do it right. Sometimes there’s reason to take longer. Sometimes there are ways to do it faster. But recognize commercials aren’t easy to make succeed - so more planning time is good.

Figure there are steps:
Concepting (including research with consumers to learn about what’ needed to make it succeed). Primarily, this is used to look at options - different ways to cause the result that is needed.
Scripting/boarding (getting a “final” script from the chosen concept).
Pre-production. Planning for shooting and the edit.
Shooting (Principal Photography) (the actual “filming”).
Editing/Post-production (cutting the film together, getting final voice over, adding in motion graphics and animations, all sound and sound mixing, color correction, etc.)
In other words, it takes far longer to MAKE a TV Commercial than to FILM it. But what about filming days?

For a good commercial, the minimum is 2 days. Sometimes there’s a way to do 1 day (we’ve done it) but that’s entirely the exception.
That said, depending on the concept, it may take as many as 7–10 days.

And, major brands often combine shoots for different commercials into very long shoots of 2 weeks.

The Biden ad came out at press time. Dumb fucks.

Pales in comparison to billy barr using the Justice Dept, Graham and Johnson the Senate, to reinforce Trump’s talking points, but it is not about the messenger, rather the message, the self described “billionaire” has paid less than a thousand dollars in income tax over what the last fifteen years, and the right bitches about the poor schmuck with four kids living on minimum wage not paying his supposed share of income tax

I don't think you can post without looking like a lying, whiny dumbass Arsecheese.

Just a few hours after the release of the report on Sunday, the former vice president’s campaign started selling merchandise – T-shirts, buttons, and stickers – that say “I paid more income taxes than Donald Trump.”

And Biden’s campaign also quickly posted a video on Twitter that compares how much in taxes Americans such as teachers, firefighters and nurses typically pay compared to the president.

Yeah, it's just a HUGE coincidence in the minds of liars, hacks and morons.

.....this ad hits the airwaves:

That stench you smell; it's the corrupt corroboration between the PHONY media and the DNC. These aren't journalists trying to find the truth. They are the PRAVDA of the Democratic Party of the Jackass willing to lie, insult and carry out a dishonest agenda to promote a candidate who doesn't know where he is at half the time.

They're not even trying to hide it anymore.
