This incident happened in front of my house, and I was unaware that it had happened, until my neighbor who commited the offense tried to bribe me with $1500 dollars to lie to the police and tell them I was a witness.
I told him, to get out of my house, and don't ever try to bribe me ever again- AND HE WAS DAMN LUCKY I WAS NOT GOING TO REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE- AND I DIDN'T- EVEN THOUGH I SHOULD HAVE..
He was a neighbor, that I used to like, until he went apeshit! I knew he was going to get into trouble when he got his license to carry!
