Energy markets will either keep up with their newer green renewable energy source competition- or they will die along with the dinasaurs that created the Black sludge in the first place.
Biden is not a dictator nor does he intend to be one. He believes in free enterprise and will let the markets decide things for themselves. BUT THE WORLD IS MOVING ON TO RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES- AND EITHER JOIN THEM OR GET LEFT BEHIND!
Where in Article II does the Constitution mention executive orders, ordering troops into combat, and firing employees he hired?
Or Joe Biden will do what he said, although he lied about having said it, and try to get rid of the use of fossil fuels because whore like AOC and Horizontal Harris are yanking him around by his balls.
If the world is moving toward such resources, why would Biden have to do anything despite claims that he would?
A president sets policy and his people attempt to carry it out, That is not dictating. If he gets alternative energy humming, it will eliminate fossil fuels in the marketplace. You say weird things.

Biden would need a miracle from God to make that happen. "Alternative energy" is expensive. It has been and for the foreseeable future will be. Maybe Biden will force the DoD to start buying $26 a gallon biofuel again...
Or, he could hand out a few billion to companies to "go green" or make "green" stuff and then watch as that money disappears down a rabbit hole with nothing resulting from it other than some bankruptcies...
Shutting down oil exploration and fracking, along with production where possible, likely will see the return of imports from Saudi Arabia and elsewhere along with $5 a gallon gasoline. That'll make him real popular...
One thing I can guarantee is that "going green" isn't cheap or cost effective...

Fold in the pollution and healthcare damage fossil fuels cause and alternative is cheaper now.
You missed all the coal mines and fossil fuel companies that went it of business. Trump and many states are trying to put alternative out of business.
Alternative is over 24 percent of American needs now. 26 percent of world energy. It will be 40 by 2040.
I guarantee it is better and cheaper than fossil fuels.

Oil does not come from dinosaurs. Natural gas does not come from dinosaurs. Oil wells go down well below the fossil layer. Natural gas can come from swamps and landfills. No dinosaurs there. You have obviously never seen a barrel of crude oil. It is not a sludge. Oil and natural gas are renewable fuels.

Solar power and wind power are piddle power. It is not getting cheaper. It is getting subsidized. That's illegal.
Buzzwords. Define 'pollution'. Define 'healthcare damage'. Fossils are not used for fuel. Fossils do not burn.
