There's also the difference between drinking one beer an hour vs. 10 Tequila Hookers in 10 minutes. The same rule applies to what drug is taken. In the case of pot, potency.

Regardless, standards can be set. As a Libertarian, I'm against assholes who ban things. Better, IMO, to simply hold people accountable for their actions. Want to drive drunk, high or on acid down I-5? Pay the consequences if caught. Want to shoot up heroin in your own home? Don't call me if you OD.
