The Federal Government needs to step in so the Industry has access to the Banking System.
The Revolution absolutely wants the population drugged up and docile....for sure they will legalize it nationally if they have the power to do so.

No problem. 'Marijuana Companies' (mostly Canadian, where it is legal) are listed on the Stock Exchange for Investors to buy. Americans are already convinced 'Marijuana' is a growth industry and are putting their Capital where their mouth is.

The entire purpose of government is bolded in that sentence. When government fails to fulfill that purpose, then it's a problem.
The Democrats seek to impose laws that are "best for all"...even if all don't like it. The Republicans used to focus upon a strong economy and national defense. What happened on your street was your problem.
The Democrats have become increasingly authoritarian about imposing their views on others but now, after 2000, the Republicans have joined them. This is bad and cannot stand. It's a house of cards that will collapse upon itself. The sooner the better.

There's also the difference between drinking one beer an hour vs. 10 Tequila Hookers in 10 minutes. The same rule applies to what drug is taken. In the case of pot, potency.
Regardless, standards can be set. As a Libertarian, I'm against assholes who ban things. Better, IMO, to simply hold people accountable for their actions. Want to drive drunk, high or on acid down I-5? Pay the consequences if caught. Want to shoot up heroin in your own home? Don't call me if you OD.
