Socialism takes two major forms: communism and fascism. Fascism is on the road to communism. Fascism is the manipulation of industries and markets by government force. Communism is ownership of industries and markets by government force.
Socialism is theft of wealth. The only way to implement it is through oligarchies and dictatorships. The U.S. already has various fascist agencies in operation. These agencies are unconstitutional.

To wit: the EPA, the FDA, the Federal Reserve, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Dept of Energy, certain activities of the FCC, certain activities of the FAA, ObamaCare, Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security administration, the Welfare administration, the NEA, certain activities of NOAA, certain activities of NASA.

NOTHING in the Constitution of the United States give Congress the authority to manipulate markets.
