A democracy is a form of government where people vote directly. It has no constitution. It is mob rule. It is an unstable form of government. There are currently no democracies anywhere in the world.

A republic is a form of government that has a constitution. It defines that government and gives that government it's authorities and powers. That constitution is owned by those creating it. Only they can change it, and only through the method specified in that same constitution.

The United States is a federated republic. We not only have a constitution, we have layers of constitutions (and layers of government formed by them). It is not a democracy and never was. No State is a democracy and never was. No county or parish is a democracy and never was. No city is a democracy and never was. Constitutions define and declare a government, and give it specific authorities and powers. It has no authority or power outside of that constitution. Officers of that government are elected according to the procedure laid out in that constitution. The length of their term is laid out in that constitution.

You wish to deny the Constitution and the constitutions of each State, county, or city. You want to replace them with fascism by oligarchy.

Fascism is a form of economics (not a government) that dictates markets by interfering with them and dictates industry (and with it, any property). It is a form of socialism. It is on the road to communism. It is theft of wealth.
