Trump desperately tried to CANCEL the NFL last year as he attacked players who took a knee to protest racial injustices, specifically racist murders of African-Americans by police. Trump claimed the league would fold and go broke, and he did everything he could to make that happen. He attacked the protests, proclaimed that kneeling players were “unpatriotic””and his band of goons followed his attempt to CANCEL the league, quick to point out lower attendance and gleefully hoping the NFL would go under.

Fast forward to today and trump has been kicked out of office in a humiliating defeat losing the election by over 7 million votes and he was impeached again solidified his place in history as the worst president to ever enter the Oval Office. Now he is facing even further disgrace for his traitorous role in the attack on the Capitol and American democracy, but it doesn’t stop there as he will soon be facing criminal charges for tax evasion and other criminal behavior along with his criminal family.

His supporters have proven themselves to be absolute morons and the true traitors with many of them behind bars and on their way to prison With long sentences. Many politicians who supported him find themselves ostracized and rejected, leaving trump’s party broken and in the wilderness, no longer able to hide behind the facade of “patriotism.”ever again.

As for the NFL that trump and his goons tried to destroy ..

And because there was almost no one in the stands excitement and interest in the NFL is certainly down more than 7%. Think about all the people stuck at home many not working much....many have improved their home theater situation to stream movies which makes watching football more fun....and STILL the ratings were down 7%....which is a lot.

have you ever heard of a pandemic? do you think maybe why there were so few people in the stands, which obviously affects the level of excitement people get vicariously when watching on tv? and when you throw in how in flux each team was, when it came to their star players maybe not being able to even suit up, because of the NFL's strict, and effective, tracing and contact tracing policy that resulted in the NFL teams, players, coaches, employees, having a covid infection rate of 1%, which is incredibly good? games were canceled, added, on a week to week basis and you try to act like a 7% decline is a bad thing?

OH, I forgot to mention...in a lot of the country people have not been doing football at the bars either.....which adds a lot of the social aspect of being an NFL fan.....that has got to drive down engagement bigtime as well. There is reason to expect that the NFL took a massive hit this year in their connection with the fans...the other major sports have as well....and they might not be able to win their fans back. All of the sports have in recent years tended to give the fans the finger, the CHA-CHING! might be greatly effected going forwards. I expect that it will be but then again at this point I am so gone I basically wish bankruptcies all around.

There is a difference: I heard this from some old black man on Tucker maybe 6 months ago...I dont know who it was cause I dont generally track sources I track ideas. He said that if you want to look at groups of people and name the groups that are most responsible for driving the Revolution, for the collapse of Constitutional America....near the top of the list is the group Wealthy Black Men.

Like are often found in the NFL.

I was no football fan. I couldn't give two hoots about football while President Obama was leading us.

But that all changed after Trump took office and began his verbal assault on the NFL. The day Trump said everyone should boycott the NFL was the day I became a fan. I did so on purpose. Now I think it's great. I wonder how many other people did the exact same thing. The NFL seems to get the message too. They are definitely aware of their widely inclusive viewership.

I love all the little messages of equality on the backs of the helmets and in the endzones. That's awesome. It has made me proud to be an NFL fan.

I would like to see other sports adopt that same type of messaging.

We should have that kind of messaging all throughout society. Everywhere you look there should be a little subtle reminder that racism and hatred are wrong.

The extremists have gotten far too much exposure through the internet and social media. It's about time society sends a loud and clear message about what the vast majority of us think.

Racism is wrong.

Hatred is wrong.

I could hardly be more pleased with the NFL for embracing that message.

The only thing that's missing is Colin Kaepernick on the field.

That's because Kaeperpick got benched, and was on the sidelines when he began protesting.
 
I will be watching to see how much time is spent pushing Woke ideology between the game, commercials, and PSA's. Surely there will be a lot of "We all need to come together" which is meant as "Shut up and do and think as you are told".

I think you are mistaken, he was sitting in the bench as protest in pre season games. Then started taking a knee after talking to a military vet who told him it would be more patriotic.
