There needs to be something compelling for the highest court to look at a case.

The ONLY reason anyone thinks there was election fraud is because a pathological liar - who can't stand losing - said so.

Nothing else. You guys wanted to believe EVERY little thing that came out - all of the "130,000 votes in one county...all for Biden!", and the "more votes in WI than registered voters!"

The OP posted something at one point about a fabricated instagram post from a low-level election operative in GA, who was writing about her incredibly high-level conversations with an election software company to talk about "Plan B."

The idea of massive fraud is now known as the "Big Lie," and will forever be known as that. This was a bright day for the court.

It was a full year before the election for the law change in Pa.. That's why the lower courts repeatedly said that Rudy the Drunk was too late to challenge. They had a year, but weren't concerned until trump lost.

I think the first case re. tax returns was about Mnuchin refusing to release them to the House, as he is required to do by law. I don't think the court ruled, as the House changed after the election.
