And of course, if you were the wrong guy who got wrongfully accused and convicted then sentenced to a quick execution without time to reinvestigate in hopes of finding the actual guilty party, your tune would change so fast a high speed camera couldn't catch it.

Saw this video this weekend. If you listen with sound it is sad. What's also sad is this isn't a one off deal in San Francisco. This occurs on a daily basis on the streets with good numbers of people. It's one of those if you don't live in a place and see it regularly it's hard to fathom how prevalent this is.

Like you choose to be mentally ill?

I recognize both you and the druggies are mentally ill. Since the druggies have committed a crime, I think they should be given a choice of jail or treatment with staying clean being part of their probation.

If you break the law, I doubt you leave your room except for meals, then you should be given the same choice when before the judge.

New data shows Trans Trancisco apartment rents on the rise

Rental prices increased 1.2% in February from January, producing a median one-bedroom rent of $2,010, according to Apartment List’s methodology, which incorporates Census Bureau data. Similar patterns were seen in other major Gay Area metro markets. Jokeland’s month-to-month rent growth was 0.3% from January to February, for a median one-bedroom rent of $1,630. Trans Jose, where the median one-bedroom rent was $1,740, recorded a month-over-month rent growth of 1.1%.

Other Gay Area cities saw even bigger increases: Jerkeley’s month-over-month rent jumped 3.2% from January to February for a median one-bedroom rent of $1,630, while Pupertino’s rent went up 1.9% month-over-month, with a median one-bedroom rent of $2,780.

Rent growth from January to February rose 0.7%, compared to the past few years, when the growth on average was just 0.3%, Warnock said.

“We do expect the trend to continue,” Warnock said.

I predict rent is going to soar over the next few years nationwide due to this stupid eviction moratorium and the resulting apartment shortage.. Who is going to build an apartment complex when the tenants don't have to pay their rent.?
