Yes, I have seen such isolated cases, thing is they actually are isolated. No one has ever claimed there are absolutely no cases of voter fraud, but no one has ever been able to shoe is cases of widespread voter fraud or that Any election has been won or lost due to it. That applies to this last election also which, because of trumps wild claims before the election that the Dems were going to cheat, was one of most closely monitored elections ever, and in the end every election officials, Republican and Dem, across the Nation has stated that the election was fair and square and that there was no fraud that led to one side or the other winning. The Only reason this accusation persists is because the Loser made it up to begin with and has yet to walk back from it and his followers are blinding following him. As I said, Powell is getting her chance to prove it, Rudy and Mr Pillow will get theirs, as will FOX and if there is any Justice trump will have his chance to prove it in court.

Let me ask you this, If not one of these purveyors of the Big Lie can back up their claims with hard evidence will you then believe the truth that trump and his minions Lied to you and the Nation, Yes or No?

But this isn't a who's doing what situation. All I had to do is demonstrate that massive voter fraud using mail-in balloting, ballot harvesting, and voter rolls that cannot be purged or properly maintained. I did that. It doesn't matter which party or persons did it, it shows it is possible and is being done.

Isolated or not, the size and scope of these has grown with mail-in voting, long early voting periods, ballot harvesting, and unpurged voter rolls. What matters is that elections are free from fraud, not that it is "isolated."

I gave you two actual cases where persons were arrested and charged for vote fraud on a fairly large scale. Both were using long voting periods, ballot harvesting, unpurged voter rolls, and mail in ballots as the vehicles to do their schemes. I can't help if you are disinterested in reading the articles.

MIT did a study on election fraud that finished in April 2020. It found voter afraid exceptionally rare, Only .00006 percent of votes. You are 5 times more likely to get hit by lightning than see a case of fraud. The reds are using lies and manufactured outrage, to take control of voting so they can fix elections to favor them in the future.
 
Is there history of people using the excuse "We are just offering water" to push their political views on those waiting to vote?

If the answer is yes then this law is justified, it is not to much to ask citizens to carry their own water, there is no humanitarian justification for allowing persuasion/intimidation of voters via this ruse.

That’s the logic flaw in his argument. Proving that a thing could happen doesn’t prove it did happen or that it happened in a quantity that justifies the measures adopted to stop it. The many investigations into voter fraud have uncovered hardly any actually cast fraudulent votes.

Correct. The only reason some Republicans believe the BIG LIE that there is wide spread voter fraud is because of trump and also Republican Legislators that keep pushing it, and in the process are now trying to pass laws to suppress voting, It is blatant an attempt to give them a better chance of winning, which folks are the New Jim Crow laws. Thinking many of these laws are going to be overruled by the courts.
