Something being Possible does not equate to something having been done. The proof falls on the person say that something was done to prove that it was, if they cannot prove it then it is nothing more than an accusation based on nothing.
So let's see the proof....
Here's one verified case in Texas
SAN ANTONIO, TX — Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today announced the arrest of Rachel Rodriguez for election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot. Each charge constitutes a felony under the Texas Election Code.

The Minnesota case that was run by Project Veritas is not proven one way or the other. The subject of that case denies what Veritas claims and O'Keefe's videos are insufficient proof leaving it in dispute.
Here's a case from California where the fraudsters used voter rolls to get 8,000 ballots.
