Which basically amounts to the fact that you can literally hold your breath until you’re dead when you’re on dope like fentanyl. You also would never need to announce you couldnt breath let alone in a suspicious emotionless monotone. This floyd thing looks scripted and rehearsed.

And lets not forget what happened next, the death was used by racists to launch a race riot.

There’s two ways for the queen’s honor guard to get paid. One of them is to do stupid sht for the camera for a kickback from newspapers.

Heres what happened. A black guy commits suicide by cop with his buddy he works and shares lines with so his family can get a lawsuit and the cop can get a kickback. The death was used by enemy subversives to incite race riots and radicalise leftist sympathizers who deal them both the cheap drugs they both use.

and we're just to suppose to think the da never thought of any of this, as they leave the city open to lawsuits?

dude will do his time like a pro knowing he'll get a big daddy kickback from mafia backed dixiecrats when he gets out.

Btw, i tracked this deplorablefeed group to bulgaria. But pretty sure it’s all legit.

Murdered

Agreed. The point I was trying to make, which got lost in the minutiae, is that this was not an unusually fast deliberation, given that the jury most likely agreed immediately that Chauvin was guilty of at least some of the charges. After that, it was just a question of which ones. You look at the elements necessary to prove the charge and decide if the prosecution met the burden. Given the unambiguous nature of the evidence, those questions weren't difficult for the jury. This article gave some representative samples to prove the point. This idea that the jurors were terrified to not convict Chauvin is laughable and stupid.
Add to this the fact that the entire premise of the defense was laughable and stupid.

Tough case for the defense.

Chauvin should have testified and showed contrition. Those videos showed nothing but a depraved killer.

This is the opposite of the OJ trial. There was overwhelming circumstantial evidence that he was guilty, but the black jury exercised it's right to let him go free as a way to compensate for years of mistreatment of black people by the legal system.

Is that so?

Maybe this jury convicted Chauvin as a way to compensate for years of mistreatment of black people by the legal system, and avoid being doxxed and terrorized.

I keep hearing that, but not one person can offer any grounds for appeal.

It's a little early for that, Judge Altfacts.

Minnesota law says that a valid second-degree murder charge by prosecutors required the restraint of Fentanyl Floyd to be a criminal assault. Likewise, statutorily, third-degree murder requires a “depraved mind” and lack of “regard for human life.”

Second-degree manslaughter requires taking “unreasonable risk” and “consciously” taking a chance of causing death or bodily harm.

IMHO the thing that most likely convicted him was the video with the one cop telling him they should let him up and him insisting he was "staying right where he is" then later when that same cop said that he could find no pulse and his answer "uh huh"... 3 more minutes of kneeling... and the paramedics still had to nudge him so they could access him to provide what help they could, unfortunately he was already dead.

Emotions are very dangerous substitutes for logic.

Now “copy” did we have all the riots you and “popeye” told us were inevitable yesterday?

Why, yes, Anchovies.

Of course, you'll call them "mostly peaceful protests", won't you, Anchovies?

Poor Anchovies.

Too funny, “copy” and “popeye” promised riots last night regardless of the verdict and when challenged, “copy returns with “harassing diners” at a restaurant in NY, two people arrested at a “demonstration” in Oregon, one guy talking to a reporter “reflecting” in Minnesota, damaged to a Boys Club in Portland the night before, and a stock video with no date, as his “proof”

Come on “copy,” we want to see real riots, Anitfa and BLM burning and looting, you know, the type riots the right wing media and yourself echoed all last summer, not people “harassing diners.” That is what you and “popeye” predicted

Back up what you post

I knew you'd call what happened last night "mostly peaceful protests", Anchovies, and I was right.

Poor Anchovies.

I am very shocked. I never thought in a million years they would convict, even with all the evidence.

I was way off on this one.

frankly legion I he was guilty of negligence manslaughter in my opinion his actions led up o Floyd's death and Floyd's action also led up to his own death

Emotions are very dangerous substitutes for logic.

I can't imagine. The reality is the video evidence is not solely "emotional" evidence, even if you want to pretend it is; it was information that you chose to ignore because you wanted a specific result.
